Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at the Luxon TATA dealership in Cheranallur. The Salesperson is responsible for greeting and engaging walk-in and scheduled customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable Tata vehicle options. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining pricing, financing, and warranty options, and preparing sales quotations and documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records,



following up on leads and inquiries, coordinating with finance and service teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson also supports showroom display standards, participates in promotional events, and keeps up to date with Tata vehicle features, offers, and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers, understand their needs, and present solutions clearly.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and target-driven work habits.
Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive showroom and test-drive experience.
Basic knowledge of automobiles or a willingness to learn Tata vehicle features, specifications, and value propositions.
Comfort with using computers and dealership systems for documentation, CRM, and reporting.
