Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Sohom Express Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Malda. The Assistant Manager oversees day-to-day logistics operations, including managing shipment orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of both national and international consignments. This role involves monitoring the use of technology platforms for tracking, reporting, and process optimization,



as well as supporting space control and reservations activities. The Assistant Manager handles customer queries and escalations in collaboration with the customer care team, maintains operational records and MIS reports, and helps implement company policies and service standards. The role also includes supervising staff, aligning workflows with business goals, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
