Key purpose of the role:
Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives by translating business strategy into actionable projects, aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, building cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic outcomes. This is a dedicated, full-time role.

Strategic Alignment
Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects. Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps. Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals. Program Definition & Governance
Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms. Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative. Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.



Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives. Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks. Execution Excellence
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. Monitor advantages realization and business outcomes post implementation. Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strategic Reporting
Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes. Develop executive dashboards and strategy review mechanisms. Ideal Candidate Profile:
2–6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution-focused role. Comfortable with tracking tools/dashboards (Excel/Tableau/ Power-Bi) - Exposure to PMO, consulting, or strategy/operations roles involving goal-tracking frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, balance
