Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator (POC) to support project governance, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to PMO processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
Support project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Assist in financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and operational reporting activities Maintain and update project management tools such as Planview and JIRA Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and Power BI Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessary Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project and financial records Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones Support PMO reporting, governance reviews, and audit requirements Participate in project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions Contribute to proces
