The Role

As our Property Host, you’ll be the face of MansionHaus. Your mission is simple: make every guest feel at home. From welcoming arrivals to curating memorable experiences, you’ll ensure every stay is effortless, warm, and unforgettable.

The Property Host is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and thoughtful guest experience aligned with MansionHaus’ values of conscious hospitality. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating room readiness with housekeeping, assisting with reservations and inquiries, overseeing F&B; service delivery and proactively addressing guest needs and feedback.

The Property

Host will collaborate with the food & beverage and sales teams to support on-site experiences, events, and upselling of services where appropriate. The role also includes maintaining accurate guest records, providing local recommendations, and helping create a warm, respectful setting for guests and team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver courteous, guest-centric support.
- Ability to provide and receive Training, including learning property standards and helping onboard new team members.
- Basic understanding of Food & Beverage operations, with the ability to coordinate with the F&B; team and support guest dining experiences.




- Sales skills to responsibly promote property services, experiences, and special offerings that enhance guest stays.
- Prior hospitality, hotel, or boutique property experience preferred, especially in guest-facing roles.
- Comfort working in a sustainability- and community-focused environment, aligned with MansionHaus’ philosophy.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of local languages (such as Konkani or Hindi) is an advantage.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from check-in to departure.
- Create personalised experiences based on guest preferences and special occasions.
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
- Recommend and arrange local experiences, restaurants, transport, and activities.
- Resolve guest requests quickly and thoughtfully.
- Build relationships that lead to exceptional reviews and repeat visits.
- Maintain the presentation and ambience of the property throughout the day

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in boutique hospitality, luxury hotels, villas, or guest experience roles.
- Naturally warm, confident, and emotionally intelligent.
- Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for creating memorable human experiences—not just completing tasks.
