Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work from Office + Site Visits

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution to manage and deliver interior design projects from planning through final handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior project execution, site management, vendor coordination, BOQ, timelines, budgeting, and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior design projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is progressing as per approved designs and drawings.
- Monitor project timelines, material requirements, manpower, and site activities.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure all work is completed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, civil teams, and other vendors.
- Identify potential project delays and take corrective action.
- Maintain proper project documentation, progress reports, and site updates.




- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Handle client concerns and coordinate with the design and execution teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure proper quality checks at every stage of the project.
- Manage snagging, rectification, and final project handover.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design project management or interior execution.
- Experience in residential/commercial interior projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of interior execution processes and construction materials.
- Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, measurements, estimation, and costing.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR.
- Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
