Position: Project Manager

Industry: Oil & Gas / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage structural stability assessment projects for operating industrial facilities.
- Carry out and supervise visual inspections of structural steel components to identify:
- Defects due to overloading.
- Design deficiencies.
- Structural settlement issues.
- Thickness loss in steel members.
- Corrosion and deterioration of steel structures.
- Other structural integrity concerns affecting safety and reliability.
- Evaluate inspection findings and determine the extent of damage or deterioration.
- Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and remedial action plans.
- Coordinate with plant personnel, inspection teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in structural inspection, structural integrity assessment, and stability evaluation of industrial facilities.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer in Structural Stability Assessment Projects for Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical Plants.
- Solid knowledge of structural steel systems, corrosion assessment, and condition evaluation of industrial structures.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary inspection and assessment projects.

Inspection Leadership Requirement: The inspection shall be led by a Project Manager (Structural Engineering) with more than 20 years of relevant experience in structural stability assessment and inspection of Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical facilities.
