1. Pre-PO Responsibilities (Solution & Planning)

- Conduct detailed site surveys (physical, network, power, civil readiness).
- Participate in solution design, BOQ validation, and technical feasibility.
- Review customer requirements and align them with OEM / ELV standards.
- Identify risks, constraints, and execution challenges at design stage.
- Support sales / presales teams with technical inputs and clarifications.

- Accuracy of BOQ & design (rework < 5%)
- Zero major design deviation post-PO
- Timely submission of survey & design reports

2. Post-PO Project Ownership (End-to-End)

KRAs

- Act as single point of ownership from PO receipt to final handover.
- Prepare detailed project execution plan, milestones, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, finance).
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, OEMs, and site stakeholders.
- Ensure project execution strictly as per approved scope and SLA.

- Project start within committed timelines
- % projects delivered within agreed scope and cost
- Customer satisfaction score / feedback

3. Project Planning & Execution Management

KRAs

- Create site-wise execution plans with daily/weekly targets.
- Allocate resources (internal & outsourced) efficiently.
- Manage dependencies: material availability, site readiness, permits.
- Ensure execution aligns with customer production schedules (manufacturing sites).
- Handle change management and scope variations professionally.

KPIs

- On-time milestone achievement (%)
- Reduction in idle manpower / delays
- Effective change request closure time

4. Team & Outsourced Vendor Management

KRAs

- Lead, mentor, and monitor internal project engineers and supervisors.
- Onboard, manage, and evaluate third-party / outsourced vendors.




- Define work scope, quality benchmarks, and productivity expectations.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance at sites.

- Team productivity & utilization

5. Safety & Compliance Management

KRAs

- Ensure 100% compliance with customer safety norms (EHS).
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and PPE enforcement.
- Ensure documentation: work permits, method statements, risk assessments.
- Zero tolerance to unsafe practices on site.

6. Daily Tracking, Reporting & Communication

KRAs

- Implement daily site progress tracking for all active projects.
- Share daily / weekly status reports with customers and management.
- Escalate risks proactively with mitigation plans.
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.

- Accuracy of progress data

7. Site Visits & Stakeholder Engagement

KRAs

- Conduct frequent site visits across PAN India locations.
- Review execution quality, progress, and customer satisfaction on site.
- Resolve on-ground issues related to execution, coordination, or safety.
- Represent organization professionally at customer locations.

8. Project Closure, Billing & Handover

- Ensure timely project completion and formal closure.
- Coordinate snag-list closure and final acceptance.

- Conduct structured handover to support / AMC teams with drawings and configs.

9. Third-Party Vendor & Ecosystem Development

KRAs

- Identify, develop, and retain reliable regional vendors PAN India.
- Standardize vendor onboarding, evaluation, and compliance.
- Build backup vendor capacity for critical locations.

- Number of qualified vendors per region
- Vendor dependency risk reduction
- Cost and quality optimization

10. Best Practices & Continuous Improvement

KRAs

- Develop and document best practices for execution, safety, and quality.
- Standardize templates: checklists, reports, site processes.
- Drive lessons-learned sessions after project completion.
- Improve efficiency, quality, and predictability of delivery.

11. Accountability & Ownership .KRAs

- Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
