________________________________________ Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer – Industrial Installations Location: Sanand, Gujarat Department: Projects / Engineering Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer ________________________________________ Job Summary: The Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for the complete execution and supervision of industrial electrical installation projects — from design review and material planning to installation, testing, and commissioning. The role demands strong field experience with HT/LT systems, switchyards, industrial cabling, earthing, lighting, and protection systems, ensuring timely delivery with adherence to quality and safety standards. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor electrical installation works at industrial sites.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout plans, and cable schedules.
- Execute and supervise installation of: o 11kV / 33kV HT Switchyards, RMUs, transformers, VCB panels, and protection relays. o Earthing systems – maintenance-free and conventional earth pits, earthing grids, and bonding systems. o Industrial LV panels – PCCs, MCCs, PDBs, APFC panels, control and relay panels. o Industrial cabling works – HT/LT cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing. o Cable tray systems – GI Cable trays, ladder/ raceway/ trunking, with full support structure fabrication and installation. o Industrial and emergency lighting systems – high-bay, street, and task lighting. o Lightning protection systems – air terminals, down conductors, and surge protection devices.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for integrated project execution.
- Prepare material requirement plans, BOQs,



and ensure timely procurement of project materials.
- Supervise subcontractors and site technicians to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
- Conduct pre-commissioning and post commissioning tests.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and electrical safety norms.
- Prepare progress reports, checklists, as-built drawings, and test reports.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and vendors. ________________________________________ Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 11kV/33kV HT Switchyard installation and testing.
- Transformer, HT/LT Switchgear, and VCB panel installation.
- Earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Industrial lighting and emergency lighting layouts.
- LV Power and Control Panel installation and termination.
- Industrial cabling (HT/LT/Control/Instrumentation) and tray routing.
- Cable tray support fabrication (GI, MS,).
- Cable trenching, conduit works, and raceway systems.

- Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–10 years in industrial electrical project execution with a contractor/EPC company.
