Location: MIDC Office, Nagpur

Experience: Min. 2-3 Years Civil On-site/Civil Administrative Work

Key Responsibilities

- Project planning and scheduling with Project Manager
- Preparing Work Orders (WO) & Purchase Orders (PO)
- Contractor bill verification
- Tracking material procurement, consumption, and billing
- Preparing project bar charts
- ERP documentation and reporting
- BOQ and quantity take-offs
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Visiting project sites for inspections and progress monitoring as required

Required Skills
- B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- ERP Software




- Preparation of Work Orders & Purchase Orders
- Contractor bill checking
- Material tracking and billing
- Project planning and bar charts
- Basic Canva/Photoshop skills
- Understanding of BBS, Shuttering, and Concrete Works

Requirements
- Currently residing in Nagpur
- Own laptop
- Own mode of transport for occasional site visits
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
