An architecture and interior design practice in Anand Vihar, Delhi is hiring a Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience to work on residential and commercial projects across design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and execution stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and project presentations
- Manage project documentation across design development and execution stages
- Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project consultants
- Conduct client meetings and document project requirements
- Participate in site visits and coordinate project execution activities
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material specification documentation
- Maintain project records, drawing revisions, and documentation updates
- Monitor project timelines and coordination requirements




- Coordinate assigned tasks with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3–5 years of skilled experience in architecture or interior projects
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects
- Understanding of building regulations and construction practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience preparing working drawings and construction documentation
- Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation tools
- Experience preparing working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation
- Experience coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders
- Ability to manage project documentation, coordination activities, and assigned project responsibilities

Work Schedule
- Location: Anand Vihar, Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
