Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to improve customer experience and guide business decision-making through data analysis. The role involves managing and executing analyses to uncover areas of opportunity, working with business and tech teams, and building key stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Use data analyses to develop solutions to improve customer experience and guide business decision-making.
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
- Work with business and tech teams to meet business requirements.
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and adapt existing data and digital solutions/technologies.
- Ensure critical metrics for Experience Excellence Services are met, handle customer feedback collection, and identify optimization areas.
- Lead initiatives to find opportunities, gather high-level requirements, perform system impact analysis, and work with customer teams to develop business cases.
- Manage the end-to-end process related to PR creation, approval, and PO amendments,



maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Perform analysis on spend data, process inflow, and invoice-related queries for process improvement.
- Prepare process metrics by studying data and providing deep dive analysis on major contributors.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across global teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA) with 3-5 years of experience in Procurement Operations and/or Accounts Payable.
- Experience in P2P in large multi-national organizations is a must.

Required Skills:

- Strong stakeholder relationship management focus (both internal and external).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a robust working knowledge of Excel.
- Problem-solving ability and passion for big data.
- Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
