Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage production staff, monitor quality standards, and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and production staff.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene procedures.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision.
- Experience in the FMCG / Food Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Valuable team management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
