Responsibilities:

- Supervise, Coordinate & Monitor Production activities on the shop floor
- Plan & allocate manpower, machines & material to achieve daily/weekly production target.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection.
- Maintain proper documentation of production records, shift reports, & downtime analysis.
- Train, operate, motivate, and evaluate production operators.
- Support implementation of 5S practices.




- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth operations.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety & environmental regulation.
