The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process of herbal, Ayurvedic and cosmetic personal-care products. They will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production, consistent product quality, timely completion of production targets and compliance with GMP and company standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete cosmetic production process
- Plan daily and monthly production schedules based on requirements
- Manage production of hair oils, shampoos, creams, lotions, face washes, gels, serums and other herbal personal-care products
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved formulations, SOPs and batch manufacturing records
- Supervise mixing, heating, cooling, homogenization, filtration and other manufacturing processes
- Monitor batch size, processing time, temperature, viscosity, pH and other production parameters
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials and packaging materials
- Minimize production wastage, losses and product rejection
- Coordinate with QC/QA teams for in-process quality checks and finished-product release
- Supervise filling, sealing, labelling, coding and packing of finished products
- Maintain batch records, production reports, equipment logs and other required documentation
- Ensure GMP, hygiene,



cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the production area
- Manage production manpower and allocate work to operators and workers
- Train production staff on SOPs, safety, hygiene and manufacturing procedures
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, QC, QA, Packaging and Dispatch teams
- Monitor machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Support production trials, new product scale-up and process improvement
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising product quality and safety

Qualifications •

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology or a relevant field
- 3–7 years of experience in cosmetic, herbal, Ayurvedic or personal-care manufacturing preferred
