Role Overview :

As a Product/Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between technical development and business operations to deliver high-impact immigration solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and legal experts, to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital products.

Your day-to-day involves translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable product roadmaps, managing project timelines, and ensuring that our platforms remain agile and compliant in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that product delivery aligns with business objectives and enhances the user experience for our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the product strategy by analyzing market trends and user feedback to ensure our immigration platforms remain competitive and user-friendly.
- Manage the end-to-end SDLC, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment, ensuring all milestones are met within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies to foster team collaboration, remove development bottlenecks, and maintain high velocity in feature delivery.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories to guide engineering teams in building robust, scalable features.




- Implement rigorous risk management frameworks to identify potential project roadblocks and regulatory compliance issues before they impact delivery.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure seamless adoption of new product features by internal teams and external end-users.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on the highest-value initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, with a proven ability to translate high-level business goals into technical execution plans.
- Robust proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and translate them into intuitive product features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical partners and aligning diverse teams toward a common vision.
- Proven experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing competing requirements in a high-growth, international business context.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy and accountability across multiple time zones.
- A minimum of 3 to 13 years of professional experience in product or project management roles within the technology or services sector.
