Role/ Job Title: Product Lead - Rural Business Banking

Function/ Department: Retail Banking

Job Purpose

- The role entails facilitating the product, process, and policy framework. Work closely with all relevant stakeholders, Business, Risk, U/w, Ops, Collections, Compliance, IT, etc. while designing current product, modification of existing program, digitizing the process, simplifying the Processes, Aligning the policy with market requirement without compromising on the risk and compliance. Creating the business-friendly processes to ease of doing business. Constant engagement with frontend team for taking feedback and suggestions for improving the products suits, processes, and policies. Imparting training for front end team.

- Product &
- Process knowledge sharing with business team and branch team. Realtime support to business team for providing the clarity on products, policy, and processes. Role bearer will work in tandem with sales team for targeted sourcing, providing right amount of handholding to ensure that business team can deliver the superior outcome.

Role bearer also need to design and monitor the commercial deviation metric. Monitor the portfolio health, profitability, cost, resource activation and productivity, channel engagement, etc.

Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Drive and monitor the Business Banking Portfolio on daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain all delinquencies metrics at desired levels by continuously analyzing, identifying, and eliminating the stressed relationship in the overall book.
- Monitor and analyse key portfolio performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments with respect to overall DPD,



Out of Order, Renewals &
- Deferrals across the Business Lending Portfolio.
- Play a vital role in increasing the profitability of the business by maintaining by ensuring minimum roll forwards and addition to the NPA pool.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Engage with Front end team, Regional &
- Zonal Head for stressed relationship at Pan India Level.
- Work with Analytics, Product &
- Marketing teams to identify opportunities, form & execute campaigns, sharpen overall approach to portfolio management.

Secondary Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure portfolio performance against established KPIs.
- Generate detailed reports on portfolio metrics and provide actionable insights.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization

Process Improvement

- Continuously evaluate and enhance portfolio management processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement industry best practices and emerging technologies

Education Qualification MBA from Tier 1-2 college with minimum 8 years of experience (out of which 4 years should be in Business Lending –

- Product or Portfolio Management)

Experience

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office application.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
