Title: Product Growth Intern (Healthcare AI SaaS)

Location: Remote (India Preferred)

Duration: 3–6 Months (Potential Full-Time Prospect)

EchoPad AI is building AI-powered healthcare solutions that help providers automate clinical documentation, patient engagement, referral management, and operational workflows. We work with healthcare organizations to reduce administrative burden and improve patient care through AI.

What You'll Do

- Research healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, and health systems
- Identify potential customers and design partners
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other research tools
- Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Create product walkthrough videos and marketing content
- Assist with webinars, conferences, and customer events




- Track growth metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Work directly with the founder on GTM strategy and product launches
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

Nice to Have
- Healthcare or SaaS interest
- Canva, Figma, or basic design skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Digital marketing or sales experience
