This is a Product Designer role - not simply a UI/UX execution role.

We’re looking for a systems thinker who can uncover hidden problems, translate complex business logic into elegant product experiences, and thrive in the ambiguity of a “figure it out” startup environment.

- Comfortable with Ambiguity: You can take an unclear idea, ask the right questions, explore possibilities, and turn it into a thoughtful product experience.
- AI-Enabled Designer: You confidently use AI to speed up research, explore concepts, prototype ideas, and improve your design process.
- Strong Figma Skills: You’re comfortable with components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and creating design systems that stay consistent as products scale.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain the thinking behind your designs, receive feedback constructively,



and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
- Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for the entire design journey from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to developer handoff and post-launch improvements.
- Curious & Adaptable: You enjoy learning quickly, testing assumptions, and adjusting your approach as new information emerges.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- End-to-End Product Design: User research → information architecture → user flows → wireframes → high-fidelity design → developer handoff → post-launch iteration.
- Complex Problem Solving: Turn complicated workflows, business rules, edge cases, and systemic challenges into intuitive product experiences.
- Zero-to-One Design: Help shape new products where the answers—and sometimes even the questions—aren’t obvious yet.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product to make decisions and ship quickly. No silos. No designing in a vacuum.
