About the Role The role involves end-to-end process management for connectors and wiring harnesses, from R&D; through mass production, including process design, standardization, and continuous optimization. This position is responsible for building and managing the PIE team, leading current product process development projects, and driving efficiency improvements and automation upgrades. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D;, production, and quality departments to resolve critical technical challenges, optimize processes, ensure stable production, and drive cost reduction through process improvements and innovations in materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

- End-to-End Process Management: Responsible for the process design, standardization, and continuous optimization of connectors and wiring harnesses from R&D; through mass production; leads efficiency improvements and automation upgrades.
- Team and Project Coordination:



Responsible for building and managing the PIE team, and leading new product process development projects to ensure goals are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D;, production, quality, and other departments to resolve critical technical challenges, optimize processes, and ensure stable production.
- Cost and Efficiency Optimization: Drive cost reduction and efficiency gains through process improvements and innovations in materials and equipment, continuously enhancing production efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English and able to use English as the working language.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in process design, lean manufacturing, DOE, PFMEA, and related tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to production anomalies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Cost-conscious mindset and a focus on continuous improvement; ability to thrive in a rapid-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the implementation of automated equipment and intelligent upgrades.
