Role Description The Preschool Teacher at Kangaroo Kids Singasandra will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.

Responsibilities include planning daily lessons, implementing the preschool curriculum, facilitating play-based and activity-based learning, and supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The teacher will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment, observe and document children’s progress, and communicate regularly with families about each child’s learning journey.



Additional tasks include preparing learning materials, collaborating with colleagues on school events and activities, and participating in professional development.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to preschool learners.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Ability to create an emotionally safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to behavior guidance and classroom management.
- Willingness to follow school policies and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
