Position: Pre-Legal Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience working with a real estate company, preferably in property acquisition and legal due diligence.
- Prepare preliminary property notes, title reports, and legal due-diligence reports.
- Draft and review property-related documents, including:

- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
- General Power of Attorney (GPA)

- Agreement of Sale

- Sale Deeds
- Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

- Procurement Agreements
- Other property-related deeds and agreements.
- Coordinate with external law firms and advocates to obtain legal opinions and resolve property-related legal matters.
- Interact with landowners regarding legal due diligence of properties proposed for acquisition by the company.
- Conduct spot verification/site visits and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for property verification.
- Handle liaisoning and documentation work related to:

- Taluk Office

- AC Office





- DC Office

- BBMP

- BDA

- NHAI

- KHB

- KIADB
- Coordinate for procurement of property documents, plan approvals, Khata transfers, and other statutory approvals.
- Handle complete property registration processes at Sub-Registrar Offices across Karnataka.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, landowners, advocates, and consultants to ensure smooth completion of property transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: LLB / LLM preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate legal / pre-legal / land acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, title verification, registrations, and government procedures in Karnataka.
- Valuable drafting, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and government office work.Role & responsibilities
