About the Role

Key Objectives

- Deliver high-quality PMP certification training sessions that prepare candidates for the PMP exam.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect the latest PMI guidelines and industry trends.
- Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge retention.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Conduct instructor-led PMP training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting delivery to suit diverse learner needs.
- Create, review, and enhance training content, including presentations, practice exams, and study guides.
- Stay current with PMI updates, exam changes, and emerging project management methodologies.




- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to candidates requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop innovative learning tools and resources.
- Track and report on learner progress, attendance, and certification outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and supportive atmosphere that encourages learner confidence and success.

Qualifications
- Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) credential from PMI is required.
- Proven experience in project management and a strong understanding of PMI’s PMBOK Guide.
- Prior experience delivering PMP training or adult education is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
