Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PMO Controller to support a large-scale Temenos Core Banking Modernization program. The role will own integrated master scheduling, project controls, financial tracking, RAID management, change governance, and executive reporting across multiple delivery workstreams.

The ideal candidate must have 710 years of PMO, planning, and project controlling experience, including mandatory experience in a large-scale Temenos T24/Transact core banking transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate multiple Waterfall workstream plans into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies, critical paths, technical handoffs, environments, and vendor milestones.
- Perform schedule impact analysis and develop recovery/fast-track plans.
- Track multi-year CapEx and OpEx budgets and analyze actuals vs. forecast.
- Monitor vendor invoices, milestones, delivery certificates, and payments.
- Support software capitalization with Finance.




- Own the central RAID log and assess financial/timeline impact of risks and issues.
- Manage Project Change Requests (PCR) and assess scope, cost, resource, and schedule impacts.
- Track SV, CV, SPI and other program performance metrics.
- Build executive dashboards and prepare Steering Committee / C-suite reporting.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 710 years in PMO, Project Planning, Project Controls, or Project Controlling.
- Mandatory experience in Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact Core Banking Transformation.
- Robust Waterfall and Critical Path Method (CPM) experience.
- Experience managing complex Integrated Master Schedules and cross-workstream dependencies.
- Experience controlling $20M+ project/program budgets.
- Experience managing or guiding junior PMO/Project Controls resources.
- Strong exposure to banking governance and regulatory requirements.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
