Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of ESG/sustainability regulations and the impact to financial services • Equivalent work experience ideally in Credit &/or Market Risk management as a Project manager.

- Exposure to various tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA) to manage project deliverables • Ability to lead dedicated workstreams and manage multiple deliveries end to end concurrently • Self-starter with excellent presentational, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at a range of levels within the organisation. • Solid attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery. • Experience in defining Testing approach, test plan and test co-ordination. • Proven experience facilitating the elicitation of requirements from end users and translating them to user,



functional and non-functional requirements for Development Teams. Work with development teams (IT) to clarify that design meets requirements. • Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Project & Power Point • Management of business analysis and project manager resources to deliver multiple projects/workstreams

Preferred candidate profile •5-8 years equivalent work experience in Credit and/or Market Risk management as Project Manager • Understanding of front-to-back risk business processes • Knowledge of risk management for broker dealer investment bank • Understanding of ESG/sustainability regulations and impact to financial services
