Job Title: Senior AI Platform Engineer (5-6 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to design and operate the organization’s core AI platform. The role focuses on building scalable infrastructure, frameworks, and developer tooling that enable teams to build reliable AI agents and LLM-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect the organization’s AI platform supporting AI agents, LLM services, and AI-powered applications.
- Lead the development of agent orchestration frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph to support complex multi-step AI workflows.
- Design and build platform SDKs and Python libraries to standardize model, tool, and enterprise data integrations.
- Build scalable integration layers connecting to internal and external LLM providers and model gateways.
- Define and implement standardized platform components for prompt management, tool calling, memory handling, and agent execution.
- Integrate platform capabilities with AI observability and evaluation tools such as Langfuse to monitor prompts, traces, and model performance.
- Ensure platform architecture meets requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and operational performance.
- Drive platform architecture decisions, design standards, and best practices for AI development.
- Mentor engineers and support Applied AI teams in building AI-powered applications.
- Continuously improve platform developer experience, automation, and operational tooling.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in backend engineering, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Proven experience building LLM-powered applications, agent systems, or AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks.
- Deep understanding of agent orchestration, prompt frameworks, and RAG architectures.
- Experience designing internal developer platforms, frameworks, or SDKs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and platform reliability.
- Experience integrating with AI observability or evaluation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing platforms integrating with multiple LLM providers or model gateways.
- Experience building developer platforms or internal AI infrastructure.
- Experience working with vector databases or semantic search platforms.
- Experience with model monitoring, evaluation pipelines, and AI safety mechanisms.

Location & eligibility

- This is an offshore role; candidates based in Delhi / NCR are preferred, as periodic visits to the Noida office may be required.
