Initiatives and projects to improve the reliability and Durability of the product. To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working. Understand ing customer usage conditions and requirements and providing validated of solutions to meet same.

White collar profitability. Driver reliability culture for Detetoriation control across all Plant. Overall warranty cost reduction of AD mfg., vehicle. Capability building. Drive simplicity across all AD Plant PVTs Preferred Industries Education Qualification Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering General Experience Minimum 15 Years in Quality , Mfg, CDMM ,
