Planning Manager – Mega Projects | 25–30 Years’ Experience

We are looking for an experienced Planner Manager / Senior Planning Professional with 25–30 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refining, with a robust track record in EPC/EPCM/PMC Mega Projects.

Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain Level 1 to Level 5 integrated project schedules.
- Establish project planning philosophy, WBS, CBS, and coding structures.
- Ensure full integration of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup schedules.
- Develop detailed resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.
- Maintain schedule baselines and manage revisions.

Project Controls

- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, including:




- SPI (Schedule Performance Index)
- CPI (Cost Performance Index)
- Productivity Analysis
- Progress Curves and S-Curves
- Analyze schedule variances and recovery scenarios.

Key Requirements: 25+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refining

Experience in 3+ Mega Projects valued at USD 1 Billion+

10+ years as Planning Manager / Lead Planner

Strong Primavera P6 & EVM expertise

Experience with both Client and EPC organizations

Proven experience managing teams of 5–20 planners

Expertise in integrated scheduling, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, risk management and executive reporting
