We currently have a Senior Auditor position available with our client, PKF Tamworth. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a team member based in India.

Role Overview

We're looking for an Audit Senior to lead audit engagements for a varied client base, including corporates, not-for-profits and privately owned businesses. As part of our Team, you will undertake a variety of work for Audit & Assurance clients and provide them with excellent care and support, while working in a team focused on achieving the Firm's objectives and exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor junior staff, review their work and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and review audit documentation, working papers and financial statement schedules.
- Identify and assess audit risks,



design and perform appropriate audit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with qualified standards, firm policies and independence requirements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to client engagement partners.
- Financial Statements preparation in CaseWare.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with training and knowledge sharing.
- Help with time budgeting and timely completion of engagements. Ability to work independently

About you

- CA / CPA qualified or close to completion.
- Experience with Caseware is mandatory
- Experience working with a varied client portfolio with direct client liaison.
- 5+ years relevant experience in audit.
- Tech savvy with a working knowledge of different accounting software
- High level of integrity and a team player.
- High level of problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
