Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills The Skillians is looking for a proactive and organized placement coordinator to manage placement activities, build relationships with recruiters, and support students/job seekers with career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential recruiters to bring placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies and industry professionals.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding job openings, hiring requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Follow up with companies and recruiters to develop new placement opportunities.
- Organize employer interaction activities such as job fairs, guest lectures, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate between recruiters and students/job seekers to ensure smooth placement processes.




- Guide students/job seekers on career opportunities, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Maintain records of recruiters, placement opportunities, and candidate-related activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with all relevant stakeholders.
