Role Description The Picker role is a full time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. In this role, the Picker is responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory according to customer orders, ensuring correct quantities, product types, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include locating products in storage areas, checking expiry dates and packaging integrity, preparing orders for dispatch, and coordinating with packers and delivery staff to meet tight timelines.

The Picker also helps maintain organized shelves and stock areas, assists in basic inventory checks, and follows safety and hygiene guidelines.



This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to operational procedures, and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and product handling.
- Candidates should possess basic inventory and stock management abilities, including organizing shelves and monitoring product conditions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with warehouse, packing, and delivery staff.
- Candidates should possess good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout a shift.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with using handheld devices or basic mobile applications for order processing (training can be provided).
- Prior experience in warehousing, retail, or order fulfillment is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines and comply with company procedures.
- Minimum secondary school education (or equivalent) and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
