Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Skilled Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will conduct online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English, as well as public speaking skills such as voice modulation, confidence building, and presentation techniques. Day-to-day tasks include designing age-appropriate lesson plans, delivering interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

The role also involves creating engaging learning materials, adapting teaching strategies for different age groups and proficiency levels, and maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians where appropriate.



The professional is expected to manage schedules independently, use digital tools for virtual teaching, and uphold Fantastiqo’s standards of educational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics, pronunciation, spoken English, and public speaking, including experience teaching both adults and children.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and learning platforms, with the ability to design interactive, multimedia lesson content.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear, neutral English accent, active listening, and the ability to explain concepts in simple, engaging ways.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse classrooms, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and support learners with varying confidence levels.
- Background in education, linguistics, communication, theatre, or related fields; certifications in TEFL/TESOL, speech training, or public speaking are an advantage.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with reliability in maintaining schedules and meeting commitments in a remote, freelance environment.
- Comfort with continuous learning, openness to feedback, and interest in innovative, learner-centered teaching methodologies.
- Prior experience in online tutoring, coaching, or training roles, particularly in language development or communication skills, is highly desirable.
