- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPL, and CPA are met.
- Optimise ad spending and budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
- Provide detailed campaign performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their marketing goals are achieved effectively.




- Lead the entire digital marketing team under you along with being the POC to clients

Preferred candidate profile 1-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing with robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimisation, lead generation, and performance metrics. Should have experience managing multiple clients, handling client communication, and leading a digital marketing team. Agency experience preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
