Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Manage daily campaign activities including budgeting, targeting, bidding, creatives, and audience segmentation.

- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.

- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and achieve business targets.

- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and marketing copies.

- Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure optimum utilization of ad spend.

- Conduct competitor and market research to identify current opportunities and trends.

- Track conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
