Karespot is growing, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help us scale our digital growth engine. If you love working with numbers as much as creatives and get a thrill from turning ad spend into real business results, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels

Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates) and turn data into actionable insights.

Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

Manage budgets efficiently to hit growth and ROI targets

Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to bring campaign ideas to life

What we're looking for





1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / digital advertising

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)

Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets and campaign dashboards

Ownership mentality and a bias for testing, learning, and iterating fast

Based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun
