Performance Marketing Executive Intern

Job Summary:

Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive Intern to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI.

- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.

- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.

- Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and reporting tools.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and business development teams.

- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.

- Candidates with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns preferred.
