We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Performance Marketer ready to take our digital growth to the next level.

? Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

? Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

? Working Days: 6 Days a Week

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? What You’ll Do:

- Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube.
- Track and improve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS.
- Run A/B tests to maximize performance.
- Work closely with the creative team for high-converting ads.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
- Support SEO & SEM initiatives.





? Who Should Apply?
- 1–3 years experience (Executive role)
- 3–6 years experience (Manager role)
- Robust analytical mindset & hands-on campaign experience
- Education industry experience is a plus
