About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with robust expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js to drive the development of scalable web applications and microservices-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of leading a team, mentoring developers, and actively contributing to coding and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Actively participate in coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
- Drive technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Support CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives.
- Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- 9-12 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- React.js
- Next.js

- Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and backend development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.




- Strong knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Skills
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to drive delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience interacting with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in large-scale enterprise applications.
- Exposure to modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
- Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.
