: Parent Relationship Manager (PRM)

Key Responsibilities

 Follow Up with Prospective Parents: Call parents, understand their needs, and share ORCHIDS’

advantages to encourage admission.

 Provide On-Site Counselling: Conduct counselling sessions for the parents,



explain the school’s curriculum and facilities, give tours, and convert them for admission of their kid.

 Support Current Parents: Build relationships with existing parents, handle concerns, and help prevent student withdrawals.

 Manage Admissions Records: Keep accurate records, track interactions, and update admission progress in the system.

 Achieve Targets: Meet the admission targets by actively engaging with prospective parents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Qualification: BBA/MBA

 Good Communication skills (Fluent English) and must know the local Language. Knowing Hindi will be an advantage.

 Should be super comfortable with kids.

 Extremely proactive and flexible in approach

 Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

 Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).

 Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off).

 Compensation: 4 LPA (3L fixed + 1L variable)
