Role Description The Owner role at CodeNova Tech Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Palghar, responsible for overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and growth. The person in this role will define the company vision, set long-term goals, and make key decisions related to service offerings, partnerships, and expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising core functions such as program development, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources,



while ensuring that internship programs and training offerings align with industry standards and learner needs.

The Owner will cultivate relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and mentors, and represent the company at events, meetings, and collaborations. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, guiding staff, and driving continuous improvement in both business processes and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage multiple functions.

- Business management, operations oversight, and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

- Experience in the IT or education technology domain, ideally with exposure to software development, data science, or AI-focused programs.
