Role Description The Owner role at Bold Egypt Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Sherghati. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the company, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that business activities align with the organization’s bold-thinking philosophy. Daily tasks include managing key stakeholder relationships, making financial and investment decisions, guiding department leaders, and monitoring performance and profitability.

The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, driving business development initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Owner is expected to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and support the professional growth of team members.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or owning/managing a company.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive growth and manage risk.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
