Order Processing Executive – Jewellery Industry

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai

We are looking for an Order Processing Executive with 1–5 years of jewellery industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle order entry and processing in software/ERP.
- Enter customer orders, jewellery specifications, stone/metal details, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare job cards and production instructions.
- Coordinate with Sales, CAD, Production, Setting, Polishing, QC & Dispatch teams.
- Track order status from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Update software regularly and maintain accurate order records.
- Prepare basic order/pending reports and follow up for timely completion.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in jewellery order processing.
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing process.
- Valuable software/ERP and Excel knowledge.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
