As an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on optimizing human resources processes, enhancing talent management, and enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate current ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Database for efficient data management and analysis
- Leading business process improvement initiatives to align with strategic objectives
- Managing project budgeting and workforce planning to support client goals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to anticipate and address their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in Core HR

- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for data analysis
- Managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management implementations
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management
- Developing strategic human resource planning and talent management strategies
