We are seeking an experienced Operations Solution Analyst with strong expertise in D365 Operations and enterprise ERP support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes, along with the ability to support complex integrated business environments and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide application and operational support for D365 Operations and related ERP systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve business and system issues across integrated enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams to support business operations.
- Work closely with IT Operations, Platform, Integration, and Azure teams to ensure seamless system performance.
- Manage and support multiple system integrations and peripheral applications.
- Engage with external vendors and system integrators to address support and enhancement requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Essential Skills

- 8+ years of experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably D365 Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics business processes.
- Experience working in complex enterprise architectures with multiple integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting integrated enterprise application landscapes.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
