About the Role

Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations & HR Intern to support our US Healthcare recruitment and operations team. The role involves coordination, candidate management, recruitment support, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR and recruitment team with candidate sourcing and coordination.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Handle candidate communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist with daily operations and recruitment-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.




- Meet assigned targets and support the team in achieving recruitment goals.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in the US shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
- Willingness to work from office in Ranchi.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
- Candidates interested in HR, Recruitment, Operations, or US Healthcare recruitment are preferred.
