About the RoleBorn to Chamak is looking for an Operations Intern to manage the complete day-to-day shipping and order operations of the brand. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth coordination between shipping, packaging, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete daily order booking process.
- Book shipments and generate shipping labels.
- Download and share shipping labels with the packaging team for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched accurately.
- Handle end-to-end shipping operations on a daily basis.
- Track shipments from dispatch until delivery.
- Coordinate with courier partners and shipping support for shipment-related queries.
- Raise and follow up on NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), delivery delays, and shipment escalations.
- Share daily NDR reports with the Customer Support team for customer follow-ups.




- Provide regular order updates to the Customer Support team.
- Ensure all shipping records and operational data are updated accurately.
- Work closely with the core team to maintain smooth operational workflows.

- Comfortable handling operational tools and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Prior experience in operations or e-commerce is an added advantage but not mandatory.
