About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operational activities for our digital services platform. The role involves coordination, scheduling, partner management, quality monitoring, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operational activities and service coordination.
- Coordinate with external service professionals and internal teams.
- Manage schedules, availability, assignments, and service requirements.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance.
- Maintain strong skilled relationships with service partners.
- Resolve operational issues and coordination challenges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and operational reports.




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth execution.
- Handle urgent operational requirements when necessary.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in digital services, online platforms, or customer-facing operations will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good relationship-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced onsite environment.
- Experience in the astrology/digital consultation domain will be an added advantage.
