Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient and attendant queries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for timely resolution of patient issues.
- Monitor patient feedback and complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Assist patients with hospital services, processes, and facilities.
- Conduct patient rounds and identify service-related concerns.
- Maintain records of patient feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support patient satisfaction and service-quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient-care standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, insurance, and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree With Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management,
- 1–2 years of experience in Patient Care Services, Patient Relations, Hospital Administration, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
