Role Overview :

As an OnBase Lead, you will serve as the technical anchor for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) initiatives, driving the design, configuration, and optimization of complex document management solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, IT architects, and project teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable OnBase workflows and automated processes. By spearheading the development of robust Unity Forms and Work View applications, you will directly influence operational efficiency, ensuring that our digital transformation efforts deliver seamless, high-impact outcomes for our end users and organizational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure sophisticated OnBase workflows to streamline document lifecycle management, ensuring optimal process automation for internal departments.
- Design and implement intuitive Unity Forms and Work View solutions to enhance data capture accuracy and improve the overall user experience for our clients.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Java to validate system integrity and ensure high-quality deployments across complex environments.
- Partner with business analysts and project managers to identify process bottlenecks,



providing technical leadership to resolve integration challenges and improve system performance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide expert guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing OnBase ECM platforms, with a deep understanding of workflow design and system architecture.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex Work View applications and Unity Forms that align with evolving business requirements.
- Strong proficiency in test automation using Selenium Java, with a focus on building resilient testing frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction.
- Robust analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing complex system issues and implementing scalable, long-term technical solutions.
- Proven track record of working effectively in distributed team environments, demonstrating self-discipline and high productivity whether working remotely or from our Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore offices.
