Role Description The Offline Instructor will deliver in-person coding and logic sessions to school-age students at the Aurangabad center in a full-time, on-site role. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging classes, explaining coding concepts in simple terms, and guiding students through exercises, projects, and real-world activities. The instructor will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels.
Additional tasks include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, coordinating with the academic team on curriculum improvements, supporting scholarship tests and workshops, and maintaining a safe,
inclusive, and motivating classroom environment. The role also involves interacting with parents or guardians when needed to share student progress and ensure a positive learning experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in programming concepts and logical problem-solving, with the ability to explain these clearly to young learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in classroom management, student engagement, and age-appropriate instructional design for Class 5–10 students.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to give constructive, encouraging feedback.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing lessons, preparing teaching materials, and using simple educational tools or software to support offline instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience teaching or mentoring school-age children.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Aurangabad, with a learner-centric mindset, patience, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory education.
- Experience designing or facilitating workshops, contests, or logic/IQ development activities is an advantage.
